Mission
1. To set up zoning ordinance.
2. To balance a number of community's density with public utilities, infrastructures and public places.
3. To regulate appropriate types of land uses in flooding areas and vacant lands outside dikes.
4. To develop Bang Khuntien's seaboard as a public park and conserve the coastal ecological system.

Strategy
To formulate the city plan standards and regulations in order to create the community plan. This is aimed to develop a healthy city and sustainable development by involving the participation of people in the community.
