Mission
1. To provide the mass transit system and others public transportation systems.
2. To develop the empty spaces around public transportation stations with public facilities, this develops by commerce means.
3. To further develop relationally and sufficiently the expressway network, main road and collector road.
4. To develop the transport system efficiently and modernly according to international standard.
5. To provide and consider the modern public utilities and infrastructures including underground.

Strategy

1. To integrate the urban development plan and consider the appropriateness in order to expand the public transportation routes, which is able to respond to public's need.
2. To develop the empty spaces around public transportation stations with public facilities, this develops by commerce means and supports in response to the expansion of the  transportation system development.
3. Studying to design the road network, main road, and collector road in Bangkok area.
4. To consider and study the appropriateness to integrate the urban development, the road cutting design for the  road radius of the middle ring road  and the spider network road.
5. Set up the principle of  the street traffic regulations and promote the green road in the transportation plan of the Bangkok Comprehensive Plan.
