Responsible for land readjustment duties to accommodate urban renovation and development plans, renewal plans for specific areas including slums, ever-changing areas and fire damaged issues.

Functions & Responsibilities

• In charge of the urban development particularly in the land readjustment for renovation and fire prevention development plan according to the building control Act 1979

 Renewal Planning Division

Functions & Responsibilities

• Plans for conservation and renovation of the old city areas in Rattanakosin and Thonburi in the areas where opposite  Rattanakosin including those areas, where are the valuable historic buildings and architectures and promotes public participations in doing these

• Plans to renew the specific areas or urban areas that have been declined or changed in development dramatically

• Renovates the Bangkok city for conservation means including urban community, sceneries and environment
