The Land Use Checking Services offers the information about the Bangkok regulations such as construction prohibit, modification, or building according to The Bangkok Comprehensive Plan. It also offers the legal consultant for those who have the problems about the city plans.

A person who wants to inspect, please write a formal letter to The Department of City Planning's Director-General, which must be enclosed with these following documents:

1. A letter to The Department of City Planning's Director-General and the declaration of the inspection's objectives
2. The land use with details (specify) name of a company, that wants to set up business, location, street number, district and the building blueprint (if have)
3. The detailed map of the location with certified signature
4. A copy of the identification card for an ordinary people or the juristic person document for a business
5. A copy of the land registration
6. In case a land has been used for business, please attach a copy of the business permit
7. A copy of the construction permit. In case, there is the construction site or building, please attach the permitted building blueprint
8. Please give the contact address or personal address for further requirements (if have)
9. Every copy of single documents must be signed to certify
